He breaks down tricky ideas into easy-to-understand pieces using clever conversations, learning buddies, stories, tests and quiz questions, videos, animations, diagrams and even immersive adventures where learners can make choices and feel rewards and consequences. Alex figures out what the learner needs to know and then imagines creative ways to learn that - in a way that really sticks.
